An expert harley rider who has been riding for some 25-30 years sat me down once and showed me how to make a rain suit out of a garbage bag. You just cut armholes, a head hole, then put it on! It's that easy

And then fight it as the wind whips it into your face eventually covering your head. Get a rain suit don't use a garbage sack. I would rather be wet than risk riding with a garbage sack

The one time I used a garbage bag, it was ripped to shreds after about a mile down the road. Lol. It wasn't a cheap bag either.

Frog Toggs or Guardian rain suit rated for the South. Those boatsmans rain suits can become sauna suits here in Southern Florida.

howdy, frogg toggs seem to be the cheapest solution. the jacket breaths but doesn't let water in. i think the most reasonable for me is the elastic waist pull on version of frogg toggs pants. i have the bib pants as well but don't like them much.
lotsa miles and smiles to ya ken

That's what I've used in a pinch & tye a string around waist. Tried with old bag one time & she Slaped me Real hard. Man never tried that again.... DAve
