Ok... Here is something I would like peoples opinion on. My scooter started making a gurgling/knocking sound when I would let off the throttle from wide open. Right before it hit idle speed, I would hear a gurgle, then a knock. I figured it was the valves since the last thing I was working on was the carb, and I know it's all good. I pulled the valve cover off, and sure enough, they were not right. The intake was way tight. I couldn't get my smallest gauge in there. The exhaust was way open. I could get a very big gauge in there. So I set them both to... I don't know? What is it? .004? I can't remember the exact number, but it's the right one. Trust me. I'm just not going to get up and go out and make sure it's .04 or .004, or what ever. It's the right one. I think .004... what ever. The scooter now runs a lot better. I actually had an increase in acceleration. The gurgle and knock is gone. One thing... I can hear the valves clicking. What do you think? Adjust a little tighter? Don't worry about it?

Well, it's going to be metric. You do know that right?
And I guarantee I can go find it at a hardware store. I have found every other bolt and nut I ever needed.

Everything uses the same screws over and over. I am pretty sure the screws holding on the fuel pan are the same. Take one of those screws off and screw on enricher. That will hold everything long enough to ride to the store and buy some new bolts.

Well, I don't guess you have to do anything.
But when you upgrade the exhaust, you should up the jet. If you upgrade your air filter, you should up your jet again.

Ever come to a light when no one else is around and the light won't change. So you ride over, and ride up the sidewalk, hit the walk button, roll back, and then go when the light changes? I have.

Why buy chinese scooters? Because you can find broken ones on Craigslist dirt cheap, and with a basic knowledge of the workings, fix them up for next to nothing. I bought this scooter for $150. The transmission was broken and it wasn't titled. It ended up just being a broken belt on the transmission, $30. The title work ended up being a $200. So, I ended up getting a perfectly legal working scooter for around $500.

Funny... I have the exact same scooter that you do, but mine is a 'Tank'. Makes me laugh when people ask about the brand of my scooter.

I think you are asking what to do with the hoses that go to the stock airbox when you replace it with a high performance air filter...
Like Alleyoop told me... Put a fuel filter on the end and tie them up high.

Kind of looks like the piece of hose coming off the carb that is for overflow. You can see it here, even though it looks a little different...

Are you holding down the brakes?
You have to hold the brakes to start the scooter.

I just change out the socket and replace the bulbs with bulbs from the auto parts store. They have the sockets too.
Some modification is needed, but works great.

I think it's part of the clean emission system.
One of my scooters had that stuff on it.
Pretty sure it should be left open.

To follow up more...
The enrichener is the opposite of a choke. Where a choke, chokes off air to the carb, lowering the air for the air/fuel mixture, for starting and running until warm. The enrichener allows more fuel in for increasing the fuel for the air/fuel mixture.
Another words, instead of removing air it adds fuel.
