take the bottom of the carb and remove the jets and clean them with carb cleaner or brake cleaner and also spray it into the holes where the jets came from in the carb. also remove and clean float and float needle and spray cleaner through that hole in carb as well hope it works for you it sounds like the carb just needs a good cleaning from sitting

How does a gy6 150 oil pump work. how does it get the oil up to the head. does it only travel up the chain and guides or does it pump it to the head by means of another path other than the timing chain

you should let it warm up and adjust the a/f screw until you get the highest idle then turn it back maybe 1/4 turn try this first. also check vac. lines for any leaks also check for cracks in the intake you can do this by spraying lil carb cleaner around the intake and vac. lines see if motor idle changes if so you have a leak

I am in need of a tree for a 2012 propel delray the shaft is 24mm wide at top and only grows to 25mm or maybe 25 1/2mm at the bottom. it is 9 1/2 inches from outside to outside where shocks hook up. and total hight is is about 15 1/4 the bolt hole for handlebars is about 1 inch from top of stem to center of hole. I have tried scrappy and they have nothing like it i talked to them on phone. I tried propel and they said they dont have any and wont get any til next spring. if anyone can help me with a link to this tree it be wonderful. sorry i aint been on much but been busy moving my scooter shop to a uptown location.

i have another question on a brand new head if you fill the intake and ex port with gas should u see any seeping from around the valves if so will this wear in a stop or is it because the valves were not lapped correctly
