yea the intake is lil bigger than a stock 50cc head looks like i will have to trim the spacer to match cause it blocks lil bit of the intake hole

yea free flow air filter and muffler every performance part u can get is on there now just looking for that right head so i know its doing all it will do

i got a big valve head i want to try that i got yesterday the bike has a 50mm piston and a 20mm carb with mj jet now and all the extras like muffler cdi coil and etc the intake on head has not been ported out any bigger just big valves what mj should i go to with this head the valve sizes are intake 23mm and ex 20mm

i know a 59 will drop rt in but will a 60mm drop rt in i do not want to bore the case

what is the biggest jug and piston that can be put in a 1p39qmb without boring the case is it a 59mm or a 60mm

all u need is a small piece of 1/2 inch rebar L bracket 1/2 inch clamps and piece metal few bolts a drill a grinder and a vise took me about 2 hours . the metal is 4" x 12" with 1 1/2" bend you can make any size my trike is kinda big so that size didnt look bad on a smaller scooter you could do something smaller
