what is the biggest jug and piston that can be put in a 1p39qmb without boring the case is it a 59mm or a 60mm

52.4 for 50cc's and some 61mm's for 150cc

That is a 50cc and biggest you can go is 52mm for most engines...not all are 'drop in'...as some need the engine block bored to accept the larger cylinder.

scrappys 52mm drops in and the naraku 52.4, the hoca and the ncy 52mm may need machining

i know a 59 will drop rt in but will a 60mm drop rt in i do not want to bore the case

61mm ncy and scooterelements 61mm taida kits are the biggest you can go without machining, i have a 60mm kit from scooterelements and i'm very pleased with the performance no machining it dropped in
