My first job was cleaning a Farrell's with my uncle, in San Jose, CA... I was 11 years old and vacuumed, swept, put chairs down off tables, wiped off tables.. Pretty simple job.. Made $10 per week. Farrell's is a ice cream parlor..

It is peak season for gas prices to spike due to a lot of people go on vacation is the summer months. Glad we got motorcycles and scooters. lol.. Attachments:

It is about 75 feet x 120 feet. Not the biggest lot but there are nicer cabins around the same size, in the area. We are going to fix it up and makes a good vacation spot. ;D We done a little investigate on the price, just for a lot. $16,000.. So we are getting the cabin, well, shower building for $8000... Ya, there will be a contract, to protect me and my father. We basically will give him $200 per month, pay $30 for taxes each year, $50 toward dues( the other cabins pay dues to upkeep at road), get electric in our name. It is a work in progress basically. We will reroof it, put new siding on it, make the from patio a screen room. Insulate it a little better.

My father owns 2 cabins at Truman Lake and is willing to sale me one. It is 24 x 20 ft has a restroom, living room with 2 futons, another bedroom with bunk beds and day bed, another restroom started with tub, sink, and spot for toilet.. Has a shower room in a shed size building and another compost toilet. Has a well for running indoor plumbing and hotwater tank all works. We went on a little vacation and air conditioner works good and may need cosmetic work to outside. But in fair condition. My father said he would sale it to us on time. Meaning $200 per month for 10 years and it would be ours. It has a hot tub out front- with a 20 x 10 deck.. I think it is a good deal. I told my father we will buy it on time.. Attachments:

Ya, got my scooter tag today.. Yep, she is registered.. lol... But seriously, we registered the new Honda Rebel last month with no problems, but when it came to registering the Bali 250, the lady helping me caught an error. Neither the Honda Rebel nor the Bali 250 was on our tax papers. So really, they should have caught it a month ago, but let us register the Honda anyhow. We had to drive 45 miles to pay the taxes at the county court house. It was the county collectors fault, so they waived the penalties. That was cool, because I was late one month, due to fixing it from storm damage..lol Attachments:

Hi Larry, Hope you are doing great.. Today I turn 49... Not bad... But scooter blew over in the last thunderstorm. It done $550 in damage. So fixing it up. Could not get the helmet shield in blue so white was it.. lol... But it looks good now.. I still have a little work to do, but not much. It was to be registered last month, but mirrors and parts did not come in fast enough. $25 penalty + $24 for 2 year registration + $12 inspection. But anyhow, here is a pic of it so far. Need chrome pinstriping to do windshield and front fender. I will register it tomorrow. ;D And a $9 security alarm-made in China. It is actually pretty good. The alarm is sensitive to moving the scooter. Has its own power source too. So if a thief tries to steal it, well it will go off and stay on until I press a romote control button. The thief will think disconnect the scooter battery but the alarm will still be going off. The should be gone after a minute of messing with it and the alarm still going off. My front tire has a lock in the disk. Attachments:
