Got my scooter about completed. Still need some chrome to go around the windshield and on front fender. I think that would be the final touches. Going to order some security alarms too. The type of alarm system I want, has its own independent battery so the robbers can't shut off the alarm, by simply disconnecting the battery. Can't disconnect the ignition to shut it off neither. Hopefully have it completed next week.. lol Attachments:

Omg! kewl pic....I remember Sinclair gas stations. They washed yer windows AND checked your oil. Ask a kid at a gas station to do it these days..they will be like..."Dude I am busy texting..I have a girl friend ya know" Spandi...they don't talk in person like we did as a Teen with a gf/bf..they text..and then wonder why the relationship sux...  |

My birthday is May 24th..gonna be friggen 50!!...so I ripped that page off the Calendar...no thanks..Dinosaurs are over rated... 50°F? Probably - Mine is June 26, I wont be 50, yet, but the way this spring is getting started, it may be only 50° on my b-day! lol |

Big 49 years old, this year. It is awful getting old. Born in 1964.. I really don't feel to old. I had high triglycerides last year, so went on a diet.. Now I am 30 to 35 lbs lighter, was able to quit taking high blood pressure meds, have been doing good heart wise.. Wieghed 210 and this morning 170 lbs.. But thank you all, for the wishes.. Big 49 years old, this year. It is awful getting old. Born in 1964.. I really don't feel to old. I had high triglycerides last year, so went on a diet.. A scooter (in addition to being a mode of transport) is also a time machine, get up on an early Sunday morning when it is just you and the road and twenty years will vanish in the blink of an eye. Thanks... Hey Spandi, it might be nice to take the time machine for a trip... lol... At age 29, I was riding little 50cc scooters.. Now they are a tad bigger and fun still. Hank, we both need the time machine... lol  |

Hi Larry, Hope you are doing great.. Today I turn 49... Not bad... But scooter blew over in the last thunderstorm. It done $550 in damage. So fixing it up. Could not get the helmet shield in blue so white was it.. lol... But it looks good now.. I still have a little work to do, but not much. It was to be registered last month, but mirrors and parts did not come in fast enough. $25 penalty + $24 for 2 year registration + $12 inspection. But anyhow, here is a pic of it so far. Need chrome pinstriping to do windshield and front fender. I will register it tomorrow. ;D And a $9 security alarm-made in China. It is actually pretty good. The alarm is sensitive to moving the scooter. Has its own power source too. So if a thief tries to steal it, well it will go off and stay on until I press a romote control button. The thief will think disconnect the scooter battery but the alarm will still be going off. The should be gone after a minute of messing with it and the alarm still going off. My front tire has a lock in the disk. Attachments:
