I have had this roketa 250b for two years I just got done changing all the vacuum lines and was and still am going to change the fuel line to the filter and the pump I started it up after adjusting valves and the carb and noticed that the fuel filter was less than half full while it was running is this normal or do I have a problem with the fuel line or is something blocking the pipe coming out of the tank I would think gravity would keep the filter full even when the engine is running or not or do I have a pump problem thanks for any response

It is basically a trapped air bubble, you would have to work at getting it out of there and I am not sure there is a good reason to do that.

Now my fuel filter to not a Roketa part. It is actually a gas filter for a lawn mower.

I have a electric Mr Gasket fuel pump that comes with a micro fuel filter on mine (50 bucks). Take out the non electric fuel pump and filter IMHO.

Ridecheap, I also did away with factory fuel pump and put on a mr gasket 42s elec pump. Have a JCL mp250a that runs like a charm. I also have the micro filter that screws on the end of pump. Barnie
