This was done in acrylic paint on canvas at the University of Missouri in 1989. It came out good, after I suffered from a stomach ache and a high fever. I sat in my dorm room for many of days in my underwear painting 3 pictures for a class I had.

Am I reading this correctly. Missouri State Statutes appears to give the handicapped rights to operate a off highway vehicle on secondary roads. That the handicapped need not to pass an exam to operate a motorcycle.. Is this the way you all read it?
Chapter 304 Traffic Regulations Section 304.033
August 28, 2012
Recreational off-highway vehicles, operation on highways prohibited, exceptions--operation within streams and rivers prohibited, exceptions--license required for operation, exception. 304.033. 1. No person shall operate a recreational off-highway vehicle, as defined in section 301.010, upon the highways of this state, except as follows:
(1) Recreational off-highway vehicles owned and operated by a governmental entity for official use;
(2) Recreational off-highway vehicles operated for agricultural purposes or industrial on-premises purposes;
(3) Recreational off-highway vehicles operated within three miles of the operator's primary residence. The provisions of this subdivision shall not authorize the operation of a recreational off-highway vehicle in a municipality unless such operation is authorized by such municipality as provided for in subdivision (5) of this subsection;
(4) Recreational off-highway vehicles operated by handicapped persons for short distances occasionally only on the state's secondary roads;
3. A person operating a recreational off-highway vehicle on a highway pursuant to an exception covered in this section shall have a valid operator's or chauffeur's license, except that a handicapped person operating such vehicle pursuant to subdivision (4) of subsection 1 of this section, but shall not be required to have passed an examination for the operation of a motorcycle. An individual shall not operate a recreational off-highway vehicle upon * a highway in this state without displaying a lighted headlamp and a lighted tail lamp. A person may not operate a recreational off-highway vehicle upon a highway of this state unless such person wears a seat belt. Chapter 307 Vehicle Equipment Regulations Section 307.170
August 28, 2012
Other equipment of motor vehicles--violations, penalty. 307.170. 1. Signaling devices: Every motor vehicle shall be equipped with a horn, directed forward, or whistle in good working order, capable of emitting a sound adequate in quantity and volume to give warning of the approach of such vehicle to other users of the highway and to pedestrians. Such signaling device shall be used for warning purposes only and shall not be used for making any unnecessary noise, and no other sound-producing signaling device shall be used at any time.
2. Muffler cutouts: Muffler cutouts shall not be used and no vehicle shall be driven in such manner or condition that excessive and unnecessary noises shall be made by its machinery, motor, signaling device, or other parts, or by any improperly loaded cargo. The motors of all motor vehicles shall be fitted with properly attached mufflers of such capacity or construction as to quiet the maximum possible exhaust noise as completely as is done in modern gas engine passenger motor vehicles. Any cutout or opening in the exhaust pipe between the motor and the muffler on any motor vehicle shall be completely closed and disconnected from its operating lever, and shall be so arranged that it cannot automatically open, or be opened or operated while such vehicle is in motion.
3. Brakes: All motor vehicles, except motorcycles, shall be provided at all times with two sets of adequate brakes, kept in good working order, and motorcycles shall be provided with one set of adequate brakes kept in good working order.
I was expecting Missouri to be more strict on this law, because of so many accidents involving motorcycles. A motorcycle only requires one good working brake in Missouri.

Ya, the problem with Roketa, is they just want to much, but also if you order only the mastercylinder, Roketa may cancel your order. That is what happened to me. I needed the 3 screws that attach the disk to the rim. Was around $7 for that. I ordered just the caliper and rear shoes for my MC-13-250.. I place order and a few days later, said order was cancelled. They obviously wanted to sell me all new brake part, verses a part hear and there. The bought shoes alone through Parts for Less.. It is stupid of Roketa claiming to sell individual parts and cancel an order.
