Now my uncle built custom trikes from a 650cc Suzuki motorcycle. He brought them to bike shows and had a lot of people say," to bad it is not a Harley". Suggesting if it was a Harley, that people would want it more. It had custom paint, custom chrome, custom welding, ect.. But to bad it was not a Harley.. Attachments:

domindart, Ya , I am on scootdawg, scootdoc, twisty riders, st louis scooter club, and now total motorcycle.. They are all forums.. I think it is just more helpful to be apart of several forums. It is one may be able to help out, more than another. I like motorcycles as much as scooters, but suffered a severe stroke at age 16.. So am limited to what I can ride.

Ya, the Bali 250 has no lock nuts. So my mirrors were continuously loose. I bought diamond shaped mirrors, which have the locking bolts. A lot better.. My old mirrors broke in the storm..

Yes there was a crash at an airport, but you are not thinking of what really crashed.. It was two eagles locked claws and crashed on the airport runway. The birds both survived the crash and are doing good. Airport officials immediately closed down the landing strip to rescue the fighting eagles. ;D Attachments:

;D Scooting is a lot of fun, but doing artistic things like drawing, painting, sculpting, ect.. is relaxing and fun also. I had a severe stroke at age 16, taught my left hand to do the art-verses right hand. I was not able to ride a bicycle or scooter, after the stroke. It took years to regain balance. Today I ride like I belong their on the scoot. I think the 250cc scooters are just right for me. Not to heavy and still travel 65 to 75 mph... Attachments:

Yes, it would be a successful business, but location is everything. Florida seems to be the perfect location to do something like this. There are only a handful of States worth doing something like this. CA, FL, AL, Tx, Hawaii, GA, SC, MS, ect.. Southern States and Hawaii.. Most States get snow and would only be good for Spring, Summer, Fall. Would not be full time business, unless you had a scooter rental and video game store combined. Best of luck.. You have a good location. My friend Randy owned a scooter rental store in the Keys of Florida. Made it a success..

We rent a storage shed in the winter, to place our Honda Rebel and Bali 250 indoors. I let my scooter sit outside this year and rode it while not snowing. Eventually we want to by a storage shed for $60 per month, so they can be closer. Rent to own...

Last night I signed up to get on a motorcycle forum. I realize, they don't know nothing about Chinese scooters. But just a place to chat about scooters and motorcycles. I own a Honda Rebel and a Bali 250.. Both are classified by the State of Missouri, as a motorcycle. lol.. ;D

I think your custom jobs are good... I have no idea, on the value and time spent on these scoots, but I can say, too buy one already fixed up by China, well they go from anywhere from $1200 to $1500. I realize, a lot of time went into these, but it is like my scooter. Sure a fancier paint job, stickers, led lights make it look cool but still it is a $1700 scooter. It only pleases me. It shows off difference from other Bali 250's. I am not selling mine- it is my scooter. My personal touch to tell my scooter from others. I hope you get back the money and time you have invested in it. Attachments:

Now a 49cc can be riden on any state highway, in Missouri.. Any you have the same laws in riding a 49cc moped as any other vehicle, except the moped or 49cc scooter does not need insurance nor registering. I own a 250cc scooter that requires registering, insuring and take a class M license or permit to ride. I have thought of buying a 49cc scooter, because of non registering nor insuring.. Can ride on any road or highway in Missouri, but can't access any part of the interstate system( like I-70). But country highways are ok.. Also a 49cc anyone can ride as long as they have a Class F license( regular drivers license), and during night or day. Attachments:

Got my scooter about completed. Still need some chrome to go around the windshield and on front fender. I think that would be the final touches. Going to order some security alarms too. The type of alarm system I want, has its own independent battery so the robbers can't shut off the alarm, by simply disconnecting the battery. Can't disconnect the ignition to shut it off neither. Hopefully have it completed next week.. lol Attachments:
