thottle? I thought it was a on off switch.... LOL My 150 runs WOT alot, and I mean alot. So far 6000 miles on her and she hasn't missed a beat... If I blow it up, I'll rebuild it. same here if it blows I'll put something bigger and better in it

I had an alarm on all my 50's with remote start and kill feature it was more for show, the alarms plug in to a wire under the front panel all functions work plug and play easy install

It's not the carb. it's the fuel switch(petcock) when you run wot, vacuum goes way down. I had the same problem with my stock carb. Put in a manual petcock and you may need to drill a very small hole in the gas cap.(1/8" or less) I did, and the bowl never ran dry again.I now have that same carb, and it's fine with my 50mm BBK. agreed

My air and fuel lines were all stamped and spring covered and even came with a gates belt, my ballistic seems to be pretty decent quality, at least compared to all the 50's i have had

I put a 230 cca battery and hi torque starter in mine cranks like its hooked to a car battery before It barely cranked at all cranked fine after the battery upgrade got the starter just because

All I know is I was doing a big bore kit on a scooter accidentally kinked the vent let it run for a few minutes shut it off went to check the oil and got a hot oil bath it sprayed like a geyser

do not cap the vent leave it open to the air, if you cap it, it will build pressure and bad things will happen. Cap the other two put a hose on the valve cover vent the second circle and route it toward the bottom of the scoot, leave it open.

In missouri only cost me 20 bucks to get a motorcycle license 86 bucks for plates and registration and 98 bucks a year for insurance, so it wasn't bad at all.

I ride mine like i would normally ride it, the 50's if stock i'd assume you'd have to ride wot stock or you'd get ran over. I ride my 150 around 1/4 to 1/2 throttle since i ride in zones 40 and under not rode it wot much or i'd get a ticket.

My 150 was fine stock for my needs too, i just can't leave stuff alone ;D but mine does fine if i choose to go on the highway now, which is almost never . If a modded 50 suits your needs a stock 150cc is more than enough.
