The long case 150 uses either a 835 or 842 which is longer and when combined with a bigger variator you get a higher top speed

It may come with a gates belt my ballistic did I replaced it with a longer belt but now I have a quality spare

A guy that i was supposed to do a big bore kit on bought that ebay big valve head it came in a kit with cam and jug, he changed his mind so my stepson used the kit. Yesterday his scooter quit running, the head dropped a valve after 700 miles, that head is not recommended left my stepson stranded.

try the 110 and raise the needle on 47mm kits with big valve head all the extras and a 24mm carb i leave the jet that comes in the 24mm carb seems to run great

shouldn't have to go over 115 i ran a 110 on my tapout and 115 on my t3 with the similar parts you have except a 52mm piston the 115 was slightly rich 112 would of been perfect but i sold it

If you do chose to buy a cheap china bike you should be ready for problems, mine came with bolts missing and kick start was broke out of the box. Screws and bolts were loose it would of been dangerous if i didn't take it apart and replace all the stuff, i knew this and expected it. I have so many spare parts that i replaced all the stuff including kickstart so i was happy, but most that don't have parts or mechanical knowledge would have been in danger.

I have said many times if you aren't good with a wrench stay away from the china bikes, they are going to break and probably sooner than later. The quality is very poor as why the price tag is so low. But if you are good with a wrench and plan on putting quality stuff in the scoot i say go for it, i would never buy a china scoot and leave it as is, your asking for trouble. I always replace just about everything on the scoot within the first 10 miles. If you want to get something you can just buy and ride i suggest something of higher quality.

I'd rather buy a cheap china made scoot. its a hobby to take them apart, if i bought something that didn't need maintenance all my fun would be gone. I bought three china scoots this summer pulled the motors out under 5 miles. China scoots become quality after you replace the parts with quality stuff, even after replacing the motor, cvt componets, lines and screws they are still cheaper than a honda, zuma or vespa. I'd rather have a cheap china scoot that has quality parts installed by me, than a used name brand bike that would still cost me more than the new china bike.
