I'm using the ported head I got from you, I wanted the 4mm but was worried about the cam not fitting it will give me a full 180cc. I switched to the taida from ncy because the taida has slightly thicker walls was afraid the ncy would crack at the cylinder. We shall see if the taida with the thin walls can hold up with a stroker crankshaft, if it breaks I'll do I 62mm and be done this is the third cylinder kit in 600 miles all mainly for experimentation.

That works, so the 4mm doesn't need a 92 link chain I don't want to get it all together and then get to the cam and have to start totally over and wait for the chain to come in.

Great if you get spacers in I'll buy the 4mm then, let me know I have my motor all apart in my basement. I have read that the 6mm need the piston shaved and that it may leave the cylinder sleeve and eventually ruin your motor.

I shouldn't have to remove any material off the oil pump housing or get a longer chain if I stay with 3mm or less stroker cranks. Just a shim or a few gaskets.

I'd go with the 3mm stroker if I don't have to fight to figure out what size timing chain id need and I see your cranks don't come with the chain or spacers.

Its going in with the taida 61mm kit I bought from you was going to do the taida head but decided to do a stroker instead. Going from the 61mm ncy to the taida 61mm to compare the two will report the results.

You can get a new valve stem at auto parts store or even walmart

You can put the covers back on it won't shock you, put some fix a flat in the tire until you can afford to get a new tire or maybe tire plus will patch it for cheap. If you can find the hole you can get a plug kit for pretty cheap.

No valves to adjust or anything put good gas and good two stroke oil in it clean the filter,new rollers weights, belt and ride if it runs and all other stuff works.

I ran several 50s without either bolts to the casing ran good strong brackets and two clamps

I ordered an a8 cam and a 30mm cvk carb gonna try the top end side of the mods, i have all the set up for low end torque, but was curious to try the other end ill report results after install.

As long as the plug matches it will work just make sure the wires are in the same spot on the pins as the old ignition you'll most likely have to switch wires around. They pop in and out of the plug easy to move done this many times.

I have rode all winter as long as roads are safe I ride because I like to ride I have a car but much more fun on two wheels.
