I put in 17/36 gears helped a bunch can cruise at 65 on the 55 mph highway and keep up with traffic at 3/4 throttle which is probably 55 GPS. I lost my license a few years back for child support and rode my modded 50cc for a bit without a license but got it all paid off and now I have a motorcycle license and insurance its awesome to be 100 percent legal.

I got a good boost with my p&p exhaust especially in acceleration but mine is maxed.

Its very unlikely a 150 with stock gears is capable of those speeds mine wouldn't hit over 65 GPS even with the 15 37 set had to go to 17 36 to reach the speeds im getting and you need a bbk and a stroker to run that tall of a gear.

75 real mph seems far fetched unless you are going downhill and have a tail wind mine did 71 GPS on the highway with a slight tail wind but I have a very tall gear and have modded the heck outta it my Speedo was maxed at 80.

I bet the 232 on a 150 would be quite a bit faster than a 250 the 150 is much lighter.

A 50mm gasket should work or cut a stock one you'll have plenty of piston to head clearance with two gaskets.

I wouldn't go over 62mm on a standard case, the 61mm required no boring and combined with my stroker its plenty enough for where I ride, actually overkill.

For sure takes a b case the standard cases can only be bored to 63mm the 232 takes a 67mm and a 8.2mm stroke.

I'm very pleased with the 17/36 set good upgrade, not sure if they would work without the stroker but was worth the money.

Got it all switched this evening i didn't lose any torque or acceleration and gained around 7 mph on the top end, i guess i'll just go easier on the throttle
