I was told to get two base gaskets. One came with the kit. Will this gasket set work along with what I got or do I need two of the same gaskets?

Also you said the cylinder wall is thinner on the 52 than the 50. Is there a possibility my cheap ebay one is different? Can I just cut the gasket to fit if not? It seems to be made of a paper material vs. the metal head gasket. The only difference between gy6 base gaskets are the cylinder hole width right?

What is the piston still hits? What is it clears cold but not hot?(Metal expansion)

I just don't wanna be in the middle of a rebuild only to find out I wasted my time and have t try again later.

A 50mm gasket should work or cut a stock one you'll have plenty of piston to head clearance with two gaskets.
