Still prefer Delo 15W-40 engine oil in a GY6.
In the context of a supplemental top end oil . . have been experimenting with adding 1 tablespoon (½ ounce) of Walmart Super Tech Universal Full Synthetic 2-Cycle oil per gallon of gas . . around 1:256 ratio. For comparison . . that is the approximate amount of oil in 1 ounce of SeaFoam.

Valve lapping may be "less than optimal" . . but definitely acceptable. Unbalancing crankshaft rotational dynamics with a big-bore-kit installation significantly enhances the odds of bearing failure . . so engine reliability and longevity is probably compromised anyway.
One technique is to chuck a tire valve stem in a reversable electric drill to press against the valve head. |

Verify right handlebar switch is in run position . . and on some models the side-stand needs to be retracted.
Verify cranking volts.

Perhaps you could find a bolt head that fits, double-nut, and apply a regular socket to those . . or just a deep nut that fits.

As a reference . . page 28 of Genuine Buddy 125 service manual states .o8 mm [.003 inches] cold for both intake and exhaust. The sidewall of an aluminum beverage can is approximately .0035 inches thick.
