gy6er, steve That was what I was thinking...cut some out on back. I way don't want to wreck into an inanimate object while tearing up back road curves cause of belt heat! Yippee, I'll hack into her. I way missed the kick start thing

Does anyone either know how to run a 50cc qmb w/ variator cover off or some way to check rear clutch pulleys for round? That is very important. I have no idea how to look at pulleys while spinning except I greased up a front Axel but I don't know how telling that is seeing as how there was something bumping like the bearing. Probably not as good as seeing it hook up and spin on the stand.

Thanks all for advice. I had accidentally opened up 2 quarts of premium 2T oils and figured, why not but it is kinda silly an idea. BTB.. I did use Lucas gas additive in Colorado and I think it is what ate away at the outer portions of my throttle body, got erratic behavior from that. I'll stick to good oil alone. Now I have to clean TB 2 times a year or replace for $300.00. Forget upper cyl lube, not worth a gritted combustion chamber, piston crown and fowled plug perhaps for starters. Thanks for responses. Love scoot talk though. It's time for 2 months of scootin here in MD!!! Ride safe Ride all

Try cleaning front w/ bounty p. towel and brake part cleaner, may have residue from being new. New pads may also be duds as with any chinese part! Ask someone if it doesn't go away-could be safety concern!!

Sweet new 170cc kit (bike 161QMK)is at 6300 rpm at real (gps) 55 mph. I did do a 14/38 gear swap from factory 13/40 but, my 150cc Gorilla Motor works is a t real 55mph @ 7500 rpm..... Anyone who may know, what gives. A thought is that a 170cc is just way different torque an HP spread. Pls comment.
