BRAND NEW 170cc Awesome bike hurting me. Got new Michelin pilot power sc's cause rear was cooked quick and were no name's. Went to take rotor off and nuts were stripped/I stripped 1 so did best I could put back in. Got shop to mount front and rear new boys and wobbled UP front since. Got new rotor thinking it was it....Thought they damaged it during install. NO,checked dual pistons/NO. So what's left. Pulsates under braking and wobbles. Anybody ever have something similar?

On the center stand if you wiggle the tire does it move, may be bearings. Can't think of much else that could cause that unless the rim had gotten bent, or may must need to be balanced, alot will day they don't need it, mine didn't put new tires on about 500 miles ago, and have had no problems with any wobble.

Just remembered, when you put the front on did you remove the front caliper or leave attached? I had left mine on and it caused it to bind up removed the caliper put back on and fixed it. Don't know if that could cause your issue, but a thought.

If my engrish is correct, I think he says the front wobbles when braking. Check the tripletree, check the shocks (do they go in evenly under load?), check the handlebar nuts, try moving it around with the front wheel between your fett and the handlebars in your hands.

Yeah, just because it was fine before you messed with things doesn't mean it isn't now...

To check the rotor, tape a marker to the fork so it just touches the rotor, turn the wheel and see if the line gets thicker or thinner or disappears in places. A long smooth line means it's not bent and there's no mounting issues at the hub.
Did you have the new tires balanced, or just mounted?

That's just it, nothing funny in what i did. What makes brakes (pulse)?

Did you test the rotor like I suggested?
Brakes will only pulse while squeezing if there is air or water contamination in the brake fluid, or if the rotor is improperly mounted or warped.
Note- I don't say this to offend you, but you will get better help around here if you post with complete sentences that fully explain the issue. Trying to figure out what's wrong while trying to interpret what you have posted is like trying to decipher hieroglyphics. We want to help you, so please help us understand what you are typing.
