Check your bearings make sure any spacers are there,installed correctly. There have been many ideas of what it could be, try some may not be it, but won't lose anything but time, but one of them may fix it and then you will be good.

It could be as simple as just taking the wheel off and putting it all back together again, lol. I'd suggest finding a manual to see where everything should be. I've only had my front wheel off once in 47,000km, so I can't remember.
I'm not sure I would've made it too far down the road after leaving that shop, without turning it right back around. If you can't find the problem, then take it back to the shop and tell them about it. Tell them ever since they put the tire on it wobbles/pulsates.

There is a spacer used in the front wheel also . I'd make sure they did not leave them out. I agree , I'd take the scoot back " call first and let them know what's going on " they should fix the issue. If not , just take a few pics and post them . if I'm not mistaken , you should be able to see the spacer on the left side of the hub. If looking back at the front wheel.

So.. Got Her: went to get the 2 new tires and well,front shook:.Replaced rotor...NO,So after lots of guessing I swapped brake calipers. NO so back ttdb: swapped whole rim on my 150cc scoot and all a sudden I got a gem!! Just letting yall know. Patience will eat ya so hold on and greet her!!
