Im no expert and i didn't read all the old posts but did you put a more powerful starter in it? From what I've read when installing a bbk you usually need more power to get it going

You're going to have to swap out alot more than just the engine
just my thought but you can get a really nice 150cc for the price of that 50 or less

So I keep reading how most "performance exhaust" come with a header that is still restrictive (as did mine) and I'm wondering where you find just the header? My searches have come up empty

I am in the process of fixing the exhuast stud that broke off in the head. I have been riding without any exhuast. 3 mile trips at the most. It runs ok just very loud. My starter is starting to deteriorate. Its hard to start now and i have to get it just right. I also noticed the kickstart wont work. It used to with the exhuast on. Am i doing damage to my scoot by not having an exhuast on it? What are your thoughts? *** i am quite aware of the social and legal complications that arise when your scoot is very loud in public. Dont need any help with that What kind of scooter and where are you in Florida? I have my stock exhaust from my 150 just sitting in the yard, its not in great shape but it's all in one piece, its yours if you want to come get it I don't need it but i hate just throwing stuff out I'm in north broward county |

We are legit and we have been in business for over 12 years. The google maps was not showing the building because at the time it was a new building and google was showing an old image. If you check now it should show the building. We have an A+ rating on the BBB web site. How many scooter companies can you say that for after selling on line for over 12 years? Also try to find a bad review and you will find not many, if any at all.. We can only offer limited tech support since it is very costly to be on the phone with one customers for 30 minutes, while the phones keep ringing with other customers.. With any Chinese part we always recommend you give us specs or pictures, because in some cases there could be other versions.. Since with most Chinese scooters there are no manufactures part numbers it becomes very difficult to know all fitments.. But that's just the nature of the Chinese scooter biz.. are you just an online order site or do you have a store front? I wouldn't mind making the hour drive next time i need a part, I'm impatient waiting for the mail lol |

I have the same issue with my front brake I've kind of just ignored it i think ill give thr brake cleaner a try never occurred to me

Yea that's the first thing i found too, have to take a few measurements to see if it will work, any idea what the use of the springs are?

Thanks for the responses guys i found one on ebay for  -100mm What about the support bar that attaches to the scooter? I'd like to do a second clamp and contact point on the scooter towards the end of the exhaust to cut down on vibration |

Thanks yea im waiting for a response from them just wasnt sure if there was some generic part i could pick up somewhere

Hmm not sure if it will fit, i just measured mine and I'm getting 94mm but i might not be getting the whole thing not the best idea to measure at nighttime
