Yah i was wondering if that would work. Do you know what size the threads are??Right here is the flywheel puller you need shipped to the door for $7..... But the good deal is not what my response is for ..... It says in the Auction: Flywheel Puller, 27mm x 1.00 Left Hand Thread (Male).

Alright thank you, ive got something to get the nut off. I just need the puller now.and the gasket. Just the case gasket? Yes. You will also need Oil. These are videos I made.. They're out of different video series I made... One video shows how to remove the stator and the other will show ya what you're in for removing the starter clutch.. Stator removal Starter clutch removal

Ive seen one other guy use a tool he made. But dont want to have to do that either. I guess ill have to breakdown and get the tool... Do i need to get the case gasket? Or anything else other than the clutch? In order to change the starter clutch, you will need a flywheel puller... I addition, the starter clutch itself requires a special tool. Starter Clutch nut removal tool ... I have seen people make them out of sockets, but why go through all that work and waste an impact socket? I've also seen it removed with a big chisel/screw driver hammer set up... But risk of stripping is very high.... This is a reverse thread setup (removal is clockwise) You will also need new gaskets and I recommend copper gasket spray for sealing your crankcase back together... I recommend getting the right tools and gaskets for the job. Why do it, if you're not going to do it right? BTW, you don't have to keep the tools if you're worried about money... Just re-sell them when you're done using them...

any videos on how to machine the engine for a bbk? i suppose there are no bbk's that you can just stick on and go right? Heruk, Yes, there a few BBK's you can use without having to bore the case.... The biggest one I know of is a 61mm BBK made by NCY... As far as I know, NCY is the only one that makes a 61mm kit that will fit without having to bore out the case... But it's pricey. But there's also 58.5mm BBK's that require no boring... They're a dime a dozen too... About the same cost as a stock setup... You can also add a stroker crank up to 2.5mm to increase the the cc's. A stroker is where you'll get real torque from anyways... A 58.5mm piston with A +2.5 (61.2mm stroke) will make a 162cc... With a 61mm and +2.5mm stroker you will have a 176cc... With no case modifications. If you did bore it out, you could go upto a 63mm piston, use a +2.5mm stroker you would be at 188cc... I you go all out and machine the piston, you can go up to +4 stroker on an a-case 157QMJ using a spacer... 63mm piston plus a +4 stroker you could make a 193cc....

HI Heruk. No, honing the cylinder is not getting a new one... It's a tool used for cleaning/Smoothing your cylinder and making it fresh again... Click this link That will show you what a honing tool is... Most auto stores rent them for relatively cheap...

Somebody needs to alert that seller to move his decimal.... The engine is $3145.00 I see he sold them at $314.50 so when he relisted he probably screwed up with a decimal... From what I gather, you have a standard 157QMJ 150cc.... There's a lot of wheels that will fit that motor,,, But I am going only give you advice off of what I have worked on, and not what I think will work... Google for 13" Hunter/Phanton style rim... With your scoot originally having a smaller rim, you may need a different size shock and may need to modify the plastic and maybe even shock mounting points... I have one I stripped off a parts scooter... It has a tire with decent tread (odometer was at 2600 something miles) but it doesn't hold air... Could be the valve stem, but I wouldn't use the tire myself and would only be selling ya RIM... I don't want to go through the work of removing the old tire... But It would work good enough for all your test fitting and practice runs... The rim itself is in great condition. You will also need a spacer, swing arm maybe,..... For sure you would need the nut.... What kind of scooter of do you have exactly? I may have just what ya need.

Looking at the state of the scoot, it would be easier (and cheaper) to buy another one, I found one exactly like mine at a reasonable price, I can use the wreck for spare parts, and if the frame is not busted, it could turn eventually into a custom build scooter SOme duct tape and a little WD40 and she'll be good to go.... No, but on a serious note, that looks like one heck of a spill.... Like Kat said, it's a good thing you had on your gear... This should serve as a reminder to all of us to gear up when we go out riding... Glad your recovering BTW, You survived, your scoot didn't... Does that mean humans are more durable than scooters? Here's to wishing you a speedy recovery!

I don't know of many places that sells just the gasket, but here's a seller offering a complete rebuild kit for a 30mm CVK carburetor. LINKYou may get gasket material in your jets, needle valve port, etc etc... You might screw up your carb if you attempt to make your own gasket. If your scoot is your only means of transportation and you have to do this out of necessity, then good luck... However, if you can wait, I once again STRONGLY advise getting the right gasket. Anyhow, good luck!!

I hope they delete your second account as well. This is a family friendly site with kids 15 years old and younger joining. You should pick a more appropriate handle IMO.
