hey guys i need some help my scooter runs and drives but when i go to stop it just shuts off i have to keep it running with the throttle ive tried everything with the carb any ideas

I hope they delete your second account as well. This is a family friendly site with kids 15 years old and younger joining. You should pick a more appropriate handle IMO.

Wow, over a simple pot reference. Seriously? Are we scared of the reefer madness getting our children?
Anyways, give us a little more info here. What are you riding? Did this problem just start? If so, what led to it?
I want to assume that you've tried all the obvious, like your idle isn't too low or that your idle air screw isn't way out, air filter is fine, etc. But by your screen name, you may be too stoned and shutting the bike off!
Just kidding man, I used to smoke. It's less harmful than alcohol in my opinion.
Anyways, let's keep this about Scoots.
