Wow, over a simple pot reference. Seriously? Are we scared of the reefer madness getting our children?
Anyways, give us a little more info here. What are you riding? Did this problem just start? If so, what led to it? I want to assume that you've tried all the obvious, like your idle isn't too low or that your idle air screw isn't way out, air filter is fine, etc. But by your screen name, you may be too stoned and shutting the bike off! Just kidding man, I used to smoke. It's less harmful than alcohol in my opinion. Anyways, let's keep this about Scoots.

Have you checked the valve lash? They may need to be adjusted. No valves on a two stroke. Check compression. You know the rules, compression, fuel, spark, Vacuum. Also, check the plug, and the plug wire.I had a problem once that I couldn't figure out. Turns out I just needed to trim the dead ends off of my plug wire. They screw right back into the coil and cap.
