How much is the PSI compression ? What is the carb setup ? Going to use the 39mm or 50mm head ?

Undo it at both ends and tie a wire to it so when you pull it out you attach the new cable after hitting it with WD40 and fish it back through to avoid removing body panels . . It is easy to undo but darn getting the catch on the end of the cable in on the carb can be a hassle depending on its location . I chaged one 2 weeks ago for a buddy only took 4 minutes to remove it . I took the old one to my scooter dealer to match it up with another as not only length matter but if the ends are angled the same too I was told by him . Installing took longer as I had to stick my hand underneath to help it get through the cavities . I installed it on the top first but I think it would have been easier to install the bottom first since there is not much slack to insert the end plugs . Make have to adjust the barrel on the bottom at test start up as I did . It would not work but after I turned the barrel inwards then tighten up the holding nut it was good again

38IJ is small . Mine came with a 40 and I installed a 45 IJ with a BBK and 120 MJ with a pipe and Uni . Have you checked for any leaks in the intake or airbox ?

I really love this one , when at a traffic light nobody wants to get behind me as they think I am on a moped , so cars pile up in the other lane . The light turns green and I jack rabbit away from everyone

I got 12k on my Echarm . I replaced the Gates on beasty 2T with a Bando at 4k even though it is good for many more I kept it as a spare

Many times it will squeal if it slips is a sign its stretched and breakage will be soon . Mine came with a Gates so I was lucky . I replaced them with Bando brand of belt as I like them better since they are made in Japan rather than China and Honda uses them .
If it breaks it can jam up the rear wheel causing a skid and breaking other parts too

AC to LC

You would replace the fan with a water pump and of course the block and head as that is where the coolant flows . Copper heat pipe may reduce heat temp as does well on high end CPUs in computers . I have seen a BBK for the GY6 but oddly only the block had water jackets but not the head where the most heat is . Here is an example of a AC to LC kit scootertuning.ca/en/cylinders/1019-conversion-kit-ac-to-lc-trophy-70cc.html

I had 3 Tomos pedal mopeds and had a blast riding all over . 2 were premix of 50 to 1 and one had oil injector . The pump fizzled and I premixed it . Mine also had a 3 speed tranny like a Chevy Powerglide which really helps as they were chain driven instead of having a CVT . Check out www.mopedarmy.com .

pink wire

The pink wire is for Adley scooters . I bought the blue finned racing CDI and it did not remove the RPM restriction as its the exhaust port is not fully open like it is on a BBK and the stock exhaust is restricted too . My CDI is the 5 pin type under the seat bucket on the right side . Do not cut wires .

Well darn I was going to mention a SYM HD 200 as it seems impressive . My Echarm has a similar design and the 16s do feel like a crossover from a scooter into a motorcycle as to me scootering is best with " doughnuts " which is fat low profile tires . Im some ways the handling is great but above 60 it is sketcchy as not enough weight is forward biased to keep the front tire planted down on the road . A buddy has a Jonway Rock Thunder with 16s and it handles superb but not where as good in quality like my Echarm . I would look at a CFMoto Glory since it has 14 tires , EFI , LC engine , disc brakes F&R , LED dash that looks neato , more HP than the GY6 , and best of all a 2 year unlimited mile warranty as long as the very first oil and gear lube is done by a dealer www.scootersus.com/cfmotoGLORY.html The CFMoto engine is a beast and needs nothing but good preium gas . I loooooooove Hondas as I had so many happy times on my collection . First off way to high of MSRP for that much you could buy a used 600 -750cc cruiser street bike or used car . The Hondas have a 1 year limited warranty for engine and CVT only and rear drum brakes instead of disc . I hate cabled drums as hydraulic discs are in every way better . CFMoto even covers light bulbs and tires and is transferable . Scrappy has most common parts here www.scrappydogscooters.com/CF150_4T_1P58MJ_Parts.html and if you look up any MRP reseeler they have proprietary parts that most vendors will not

I know you like the ride with 12s instead of 10s . Is the scooter getting the Air Sal BBK ?
