So you just kinda have to baby it until everything is snug. I'm gonna go try that out.
Thanks for the help bud!

Ohh!!! I see now. Yea that sounds simple enough. Cut, turn, and reweld.
My closest option would be som JB weld! Haha
Or make a welder out of an old microwave!! You hear about that?

Done!! Yea the 14mm is in pieces I guess that's why haha and I measured the new belt wrong it's closer to 19 and probably worn not so new. That 842/20 also 20mm?
Do you notice any tightness when putting the drive pulley on, more specifically the fan?

I cut the hangers off too but still no cigar. So when you say flange you mean on the engine itself?
I wish I knew how to weld that's the next hobby!

I have two belts here both 835 20. One is my old one and the other is a new one that I bought at a local shop here in town.
The new one is 18mm wide and the old one is 14mm. Wassup with that?
I worry that the width will mess up my drive face fan. It's difficult to get it all on there and bolted up.

Thanks for the feedback, yea mine does the same thing, it would fit if my right rear shock wasn't there. Lol This is the one I got. For now the old pipe works. And I've already got a huge improvement with new muffler , now it's just cosmetics.

I think it's the right length, I tried using a butane torch to heat it up, but I guess it wasn't enough

I bought one of those muffler/exhaust off of eBay. It looks really good has a nice chrome finish. Only problem is the actual pipe doesn't have the right bend in it.
Anybody have this problem before? I guess I can take it to a muffler shop and see if they will bend it for me.
I was able to use my existing pipe and just bolt the new muffler on. It sounds sexy!! Just my old pipe is all rusty....

Dmartin95 thanks bud. Yea I thought about that one. It seems to be working as is. I turn off the key and the engine shuts off. I'll add another light switch later haha

So I painted out this little sketch of my current wiring. I know it's not the traditional but I'm just going for simplicity. What's your thoughts, did I get anything wrong?

Tell me if I got this right. Out from the key switch I have some wires like this: Red, green, black/white, and black. Red is power and runs from the battery to the regulator, and the key ignition. Green is grounded out to the frame. Black/white runs to the top of the 2port on the Cdi. Black is um.. Where does the black wire coming out of the ignition run to?

A black cylinder device that sits up in the dash next to the speedometer and the fuel gauge. It gets a green black and grey wire.
