I took the head off my 150cc and I noticed that the intake valve doesn't seat all the way when closed. It's just a hairline space. Will my scooter run with this amount of gap while I wait for a new one? I also have a 50cc engine laying around. Could I use one of those valves?

Impact is a great tool to have! I bought one from Harbor Freight that alligator clips right up to my battery. Not insane torque but its all you need when scooten repair. and its got a cool led light

Fellow Longbo!! I have the same model, I've had a belt brake and a variator/clutch fan grind off. If its rattling I'd say take the belt off and pull the clutch off and check the splines on the inside where they attach to the shaft. Could be be grinding down.

Trying to start up my gy6 150cc. Just installed a new camshaft, the bearings broke on my old one. Took it apart to check for balls and put new seals in it. Got it all back together and got the engine all hooked up.
Go to start it a few times and it spins and it turns a few times then the solenoid just vibrates very rapidly.
Could have missed something when installing but I feel like I checked everything. Oh yea and its a new starter too.
Any ideas?

s28.postimg.org/o31h309xp/image.jpgHere are the threads. I appreciate your assistance on this. I hate to return it especially if it's something wrong with my flywheel and not the puller.

Yea I tried backing the center completely out. But it doesn't usually stay when I start to bolt it back in. I feel like I've tried every possible thing. Even sticking the puller in the freezer to contract it making it smaller haha
