So I painted out this little sketch of my current wiring. I know it's not the traditional but I'm just going for simplicity. What's your thoughts, did I get anything wrong?

Yeah, it looks to be accurate. Good Job! I'm going to save that pic, .... I too like "simple" and that's an un-cluttered diagram... Nice.

Thanks bud, how does that black white kill wire at the top look? Running straight to the ignition key.

Thanks bud, how does that black white kill wire at the top look? Running straight to the ignition key. It will allow you to run your scooter, however it will not act as a kill wire unless you add a switch. I modified your diagram to show you what I'm talking about.....

Dmartin95 thanks bud. Yea I thought about that one. It seems to be working as is. I turn off the key and the engine shuts off. I'll add another light switch later haha

Thanks for the pic/diagram,,great for people who cant read a schemo.. Looks good to me..now with the added switch above,,what is the purpose of the original light switch you have there,,looks like its feeding the solenoid, and where is it getting power from,,the fuel gauge,is that correct? Tom
