howdy, I've just returned from Germany, france, England and Israel and the pch is very popular around the world. it's a keeper if you need to tool around locally.

howdy , i'v also used the givi on my bv and it makes a lot of difference with wind and rain penetration. it's a worthwhile investment for cool weather riding and as you noted , increases enjoyment a hundred percent.

howdy, interesting thread and I think both parties made their case very well. it really comes down to the op with his 'bout right measure and not realizing the one very close was only a half inch different. if he'd known that he'd have measured more carefully so a caveat emptor on the part of the seller might have made a difference. i'm going out on a limb here and guess that part of the frustration on both sides is that shipping is very costly compared to the value of the part. it's frustrating to order a ten dollar part and have the shipping costs for four ways shipping be 40 bucks. that is frustrating for both the seller and the buyer. the seller has a margin of 2.50 on the part and if he has to pay shipping 4 ways at 40 bucks total how does he stay in business. my numbers may be slightly off but you get the picture. i'm hoping the seller will ad the caveat so the next purchaser will double check his measurement. then maybe both can move on and this can be finished.

howdy, y'all
yup, these are interesting but like some have mentioned, when you can't swing the leg over the saddle without going down in spasms{flames}it's a little redundant to think about it. I was intrigued by paladins answer to getting it registered in California. ----

howdy, I do sympathize with the shoe dilemma as I have a closet full of shoes and nothing to wear. am down to wearing my house slippers to ride the scooter. oh well, I can graduate to the Velcro strap diabetic type shoes again soon which will at least hove to come off in a "down" before the ankle will become hamburger. it does feel a bit weird to be all over town in my slippers.

howdy, my memory is terrible so if what i'm about to say is wrong, just ignore it. if memory serves, grounding the wire that goes on the float portion of the guage system will produce a reading of full. to check that , disconnect the wire and the guage should read empty. its possible the wire is grounded somewhere which automatically produces a reading of full.

howdy and welcome. i'm mostly the opposite in that i don't want to do anything to it and when that needs done----sell it or trade it while still running.
some of the people hangin' around will be on shortly to admire your get-to-it-iveness.
