As i said, love the videos! I shouldnt critique what I can't do, ignore my remark.
I hope you are riding soon! Looks like you have a beast arriving!

Love these videos, but a common problem with scooter videos is they don't show the actual work being done. Description and talk through, then cut to a finished install of the part, no showing the tricks used to actually put the parts together. Most likely it's due to the difficulty of holding a camera, just my own little pet peeve.

Check the mount points, if they match you can do it.

I have 7g sliders with a 50mm (~82cc) BBK, I could possibly go up another gram, but i have enough takeoff power to lead the pack at lights, and ni problem cruising at 45mph, with great response throughout.

Take out your rollers and weigh them. If you don't have issues at their weight, use the same size sliders.

Congratulations on your license! You are doing things right, safety is the most important thing, and gives you years of fun! Taking the MSF is one of the smartest things any rider can do, even those of us with decades of riding experience learn new and useful things from the MSF!

Sliders work a bit different than rollers. They give you better takeoff and a couple mph more top end. I highly recommend them, and a performance variator with a more aggressive ramp angle helps to.

Wow, glad to hear you're ok! Here in Vegas we have to watch out for the most dangerous of breeds, I believe the scientific name is latin, cagerious texterious idiotica.

The Powermax will be fine on surface streets, but to get it above 55 you'll have to spend the difference in price on upgrades. To match what my Pacifica can do stock, you'll probably have to spend a bit more. So it really boils down to where/how you want to ride, if 50 is fast enough, stick with the Powermax.

If that jet was plugged, there's a very good chance other ports may be as well. That's why I recommend replacement of the carb after sitting with fuel in it for so long.

I have a 50mm (82cc) BBK on a Znen Q50 (yellow one below), I do not torque to specs (been working on small engines long enough to have a good feel for it) so I'll let someone else chime in on that.
As for oil, any decent 10w30 or 10w40 will be fine. I've been running mine on dollar store oil for 2 years now as an experiment, no issues at all, but I do change it every 300 miles in summer (Vegas heat) and 500 miles in the winter.
