10-4 on the zigging, zagging & weaving. I expect to be pulled over one day for DUI. I haven't drank in 18 years, so no worries about that!

My Znen has the factory recommended air pressures. I just put on a new exhaust, so I had to change the shocks to the firmest settings, which required me to unmount each shock from the scooter, since I couldn't move the air-box side at all, and the exhaust side didn't have the clearance to move far enough. I'm about 230, ~250 geared up with the knapsack on full of stuff. WI roads are horrible, everywhere. I probably will try the shocks are one and then two notches softer. If I don't hit the muffler with the side fender, ok. If I still do, I may have to try and straighten the last header bend so the muffler is lower. Scooter tires are small enough I won't try to lower the pressure much. They just feel squishy when you get three or four pounds below recommended.

which way up are you mounting the bottle? Bottom end up, so oil that does flow into the bottle can drain back?

I do not know the correct torque, but when I reassembled mine, I stuck a pipe through the spokes to butt up against the shocks, and leaned a healthy torque on the breaker bar. Not too tight to strip threads, but solid enough I don't think it will break loose.
But someone may know the correct numbers.

Welcome
The axle shaft should stay in the trans housing. It seems like the exhaust may need to be removed on many scooter. If you don't have a right side swing arm, or have removed it already, then the wheel may be frozen to the axle and required a bit of finesse and force to get it free.
I just had one off, came apart no problem. In fact the axle nut was not as tight as it should have been. Had the swing arm and exhaust off in order to repair the top right ear on the case in order to remount the swing arm and exhaust.

On either scoot, I haven't had much chance to ride. The Xingyue is still getting EFI tweaks. Tons of rain, and the Znen has been ridden maybe 15 miles when I get a chance.
If I were rolling in dough, I could see getting the pipes Jet-Hot coated or something. The pain on the original exhausts did NOT keep them from rusting. Painted mild restrictive OEM VS. a properly sized header and high flow muffler in cheap Chinese stainless steel. No way I'd choose OEM.

Went to Sandusky for vacation, constant rain, didn't bother to pay to get into Cedar Point. Drove to Toledo, went to the zoo, in the sunshine, which turned to T-storms 5 steps in.
It did not rain on the drive home Sunday.

Broken stuff sucks I rewelded a broken muffler bracket and replaced a missing bolt - that mounts the swing-arm and muffler to the back of the motor, and managed to break out that ear on the motor. A few days later the welds rebroke and the replaced bolt went missing again, and the muffler fell off right up to the flange at the head.
A couple days of built up JB Weld epoxy to make a new ear, drilled and threaded, a new header and muffler, a couple other bits of hardware to mount the muffler to the swing-arm, and the Znen is running well.

I could go for something like this: www.mxmotorsports.us/Kandi-Viper-250MD-Trike-p/kd-250md.htmbut not at that price with only a 250 motor. They have a couple EFI 800 to 1100cc dune buggies / go carts. Stick one of those into the three wheeler. Or find a wrecked sport-bike with front end damage to cannibalize.

13hp... 50% more than a stock GY6 or GY6-B (another oddball)
