When I pulled the oem exhaust off in June 2012, I found no gasket. I got sheet of Felpro exhaust gasket material - with metal - and cut one myself. I have cut two so far. I need to get a new arbor for my 1" hole saw. I'd say a proper 150cc gasket should work. Scooter Elements has them on ebay I think.

In the normal carb position, there is a small rubber duct that direct air from the fan at the carb bowl. With the carb out front, it would be more in the air already, but a bit of heat shielding would never hurt.

You've taken the bolts out from the muffler mounting points? I really didn't have any trouble getting mine off.

It isn't that the 110 is wrong yet. I am getting more RPM on the flat, so I need to be sure not to run lean. The 110 is upjet over the 105 original. The 1" exhaust is free flowing a ton more than the original 0.70" OEM exhaust that had an outlet opening smaller than a US dime! I need to order up a couple new spark plugs and do a chop.
Thanks for the drill jet sizes, Alleyoop.

2008 Znen 150cc - the original exhaust broke and fell completely off. A few days of building up JB Weld epoxy to make anew upper ear on the motor for the swing arm. And installed a new 1" header and shorty muffler.
I upjetted - complete carb with a 110. Seems to run well with the 10gram sliders. I rode a couple miles today and realized I was hitting 9400RPM on flat ground. With the stock exhaust, 9000 was possible on a nice downhill.
I have one more jet - a 125 - and a set of 12g rollers to pop in as soon as I get a chance. I also have an open element air filter, but the work to get the original airbox out is more than I want to do.
I wonder if I have a drill bit to drill out the 102 or 105 to 115 or 120....

Luckily, the return to the gas station was actually downhill, not enough to coast, but easy push. Put 1.94 gallons into the tank, cranked, but no fire... wore the battery down a bit - I had the headlight and emergency flashers on during the 3/4 mile push. Was offered a jump by my neighbor who happened to stop for gas, but I declined and pushed the 100 yards home - partly uphill. Put the charger on it, and hit the starter, and it fired right up. Should have taken the jump... At the gas station I couldn't see fuel in the filter - it was apparently full and just shy of running. The Znen has a low tank and a fuel pump. I haven't kept track of the fuel mileage on this scoot, but now with the new exhaust and up-jet, I will start. The gauge was just above the empty mark. Now I know that it is not accurate.

I had my second scooter shipped from FL, and the carrier uses a full size ford cargo van, and trailer. He had a couple cycles and my scooter inside the van. My scooter was his last drop off so I didn't see how crowded it may have been. I have a full size high-top van, and I have a pair of Harborfreight ramps - caught on sale for $40 vs $80 or $ original price. I have not put a scooter in yet, I need to make up anchor points for straps. Tire rails would be nice. If it is a cargo van with a cabin to cargo divider, then you have a good place to put the front tire up against. Without a divider, no front wheel stop though nothing too hard to fabricate.

No, I didn't do anymore on the Xingyue after getting the meter readings. I had to up-jet the Znen so I could keep riding it with the new exhaust, which I managed ot run out of gas on a parts trip for the van.
