I took an aluminum L-bracket from some shelving mount kit, bent it straight (there's a little kink in it still, but I like it and seems to have some more rigidity). Routed out the holes to fit the engine bolts, and cut off a corner so that it would sit flush on my fan cover. Finally got some use out of my Dremel!

The brake light, turn signals, and running light LEDs were just installed and working perfectly!
Brake light has low/high, and turn signals do not flash too fast! Everything performs as expected.
Will be getting the headlights later this week.

Mo from Scrappy said otherwise. Hmm, will have to investigate...

I have 5g sliders now. I was told to get 1g higher in sliders, since I was using 4g rollers.
Check the pic above. The pipe is attached with brackets. Just not the muffler.

So I added the exhaust, but the paper they included said that I need to secure the muffler somehow. Any recommendations as to how to do this? The bracket they included doesn't reach anything nearby. It doesn't vibrate and it's lighter than stock, so hopefully I can ride for a while without the bracket. I also added the scoop! Used self-tapping screws and tried to fit it along existing lines to look as clean as possible. Other mods include the kevlar belt and 5g sliders from Scrappy., and the windscreen. I'm not getting the rev boost that I was getting with 4g rollers. I seem to have good response and power, and my top speed was there, just slower acceleration now. What gives? Should I readjust my a/f ratio again? It seems like I had faster revs with 4g rollers and a stock exhaust with holes drilled. Again, I think the power is there, just doesn't climb as fast. The windscreen has a logo printed on it. How do I remove it without damaging the clear plastic?

It wasn't that hard at all with someone helping on the brake lever. No air bubbles at all.

I have Prestone Synthetic DOT4. Any good tutorials? I have a cheap syphon/plastic tubing from Autozone, that's all they had.

Worked like a charm, screws replaced. Thanks guys! Oil and gear oil replaced too. Will do the brake fluid later, just glad I got it open.

It's definitely only at half way full. I bought new oil and brake fluid today. Will replace the oil ASAP, but I don't think I can do the brake fluid. The resovoir cap screws are on too tight and they are starting to strip with my attempts to remove them. They come off easily on another scooter, same model. Any tips?
