Debt- we are in debt til the day we die. I certainly do not hope to be in debt for the rest of my life. My only debt now is for the mortgage and hopefully by the time I retire it will be paid off, or close to it. If you don't have the cash, don't buy it, you'll be a happier person.

Twilight zone was great. I loved a lot of the old shows.
Currently I will watch. Revolution, Castle, Dancing with the Stars, American Pickers, Wildman (turtleman), Grimm, Pawn Stars, Big Bang. A few more.

It happened to me too right after I got the scooter. I ordered a new coil and replaced it. I did put the old one back on a couple times after I had found the problem while I was waiting for the new one. It seemed to me that the metal grippers in the plug had not connected well, it didn't feel as though it was ratcheting down as I put the plug back on, the new one had a definite clicking feeling as it went on and had a secure hold on the plug.
I figured that I'd just keep a spare in the bike to use if it is needed, they are really easy to replace.

Welcome, Paper manuals are great, until you get one we have a group of digital ones that may help you out. I did a search on your scooter and had trouble finding it listed on an English language web page. I thought with the numbers you had with "Lintex HT-150" it would be a 150cc scooter but some of them I saw with that name were 50cc. Either one would probably be a GY6 motor and the valve adjustment spec would be the same. hereFirst was the motor cold (as in temperature of the air, not even a bit warm) when you adjusted the valves? Most people here use feeler gauges that are in inches, not mm, the gap used is 0.003 to 0.005 inches normally. I think that works out to be about 0.03 - 0.04 mm but check one of the manuals I gave you a link to. As Shalomrider says if the vent for the fuel is plugged it can cause it to cut out due to fuel starvation, also doe the simple things that you may have already done, check the fuel filter, the Chinese ones are not that great. Do check for vacuum leaks but that should give you a problem at idle. Timing is not likely to be an issue, but put a good quality spark plug in it, some will come with an NGK plug but if it has a Chinese plug replace it.

Really, if you are willing to spend $3,000.00 buy a low mile used Reflex.

My annual renewal is a bit over $100.00 for a 150cc but I don't think calif cares about the displacement.

Same here we deal with it daily we have a list of all the tax rates in the state and have to keep it updated its just part of doing business... It should not be.

9000 is not that many I doubt on your first day you will receive orders from all 9000. If QuickBooks can track the 12 or so we have now or at least allow us to enter the correct rate not sure why overly sophisticated software would be needed. Making Amazon and WalMart track this doesn't seem like it is protecting them... Here in California, each and every city can have its own sales tax rate, sure they will all run from a low of 8% to perhaps 10% on the highest side but each town can have a different tax rate from each neighboring town.

I think you'll want to stay with the 250cc class scooter. The cn 250 should be on your list as well. I dothink given that you have a local Honda and Yamaha dealer you should try and find a used one of those, the Helix, Reflex, Big Ruckus would be good to consider and you won't have to worry about it breaking down much. I would even drive to another city to see or get one
