I'm on time off, found a lot of loose bolts, electric connections, couple of broke wires, Had to file down several rough wields, and repaint. Added a lot of tie wraps, reroute wires. Added fuel shut off, not satisfied with fuel filter location. Added 10 gauge wire, & 30 amp Fuse for add ons up front. Relay for BadBoy horn, took 8 mile run to check engine & running Gear. Added 5/16 ground on front post. Started replacing plastic, ran out of daylight & time. Work on liftboat on edge of Gulf.

Sounds VERY VERY familiar Rich BTW, when you were filing down the welds did you run into what I call "pot stickers? (1-2 inch lengths of broken off mig weld wire that STICK you.)

Some of the welds were sharp enought to penetrate the protective wire sheath and the wire. Had to rewrap the wires, repaint the bare metal, & tie wrap. I've already put 180 miles on scooter Changed oil, also drove at night, to check out lights, need to adjust headlites. Will have to remove Front plastic. Brake lites did not impress me, will have to add another set! Also vaiator has cracks Running to each cooling blade! Cannot get in touch with the seller!

Ran across a thread were someone said they are not DOT approved. I checked & found % are not. Just FYI. Have fun with all the projects you've got going. Truly Dave

On the gas tank had to use Eastwood's epoxy ceramic spray (only thing that really holds up to gas) Found these to be pretty nice LED's www.superbrightleds.com/

That's the same address I found, also the so called fog lights were not so bright . Having a problem with the added brake light? I believe it is shorted out with the the running Light, although I checked out both, before mounting. Still working on it. Waiting on A new varator , will have to go to work for the next week. Parts should be in by then. Looking for a hot wire, when the key is on? Want to wire up my volt meter. I guess I'll have to remove the front plastic to adjust the headlites .

Hi y'all are, found the problem with the brake lites, there is a 1/16" post under each brake lever, With a very small box & set screw . You have to lay on your back to see this. Back off set screw & adjust till post touches the brake lever, set screw & check your lites, also when not touching The cycle will start without holding in on brake lever, & brake lites stay on! Wire up volt meter & Aux charger for IPad . Have pictures, don't know how to post. Also found headlites adjustment , Up/down right/left. Had to remove plastic , hands too big to work under, while mounted. As for fog Lites, DOT have too hight voltage, for these cycles. Years ago mounted a set on a Yamaha, they were great , but can not find anymore. Still waiting for new varator , guess ill play with the dogs, Wonder if I can harness them up?

Head lites too high now, after 5 miles the clutch assy, was too hot to touch! Could this be a bearing Problem?

Hi you are? Replaced tire value stems with metal ones, added dnyo beads, rides smoother now, Ran for a 100 mile cruse, enjoyed it, except for the twenty minutes of rain. Scoot ran great, no Problems. Will have to change out the cheap air filter material , with stainless steel mesh, the wasp Will eat it and leave dirt dobber nest inside the vaiator cover, will cover all holes & inspect regularly. Yo'll take care.
