I don't carry much, really. I try to have a flashlight, a multi-tool, and a screwdriver or two.
I actually try and carry a flashlight and mult-tool on me at all times---scootin' or not.
Most flashlights I have get destroyed over time if kept under the seat or on my keychain. The beauty of having a jacket in the cooler months.

One of those headband mounted flashlights (like a miner wears) so both hands are free to fix what is broken, plus the light is always shining where you are looking. Petzl LED are best.

a large display tire pressure gauge as the pen type are not that good , as easy to read or as accurate Milton S-920 is a reliable pen type. Joes Racing 32307 for large display type.

I carry certain tools. small cresent wrench- tighten up many bolts straight and phillips scewdriver - body panel 8mm wrench- for valve adjust 17 mm socket- in case rear tire becomes loose. Big socket wrench Little socket wrench Spark plug wrench 10 mm socket- takes off exhaust.. 98% of the time, I will have no problems with the scooter, but that 2% of the time, I will be prepared if something goes wrong. Spark plug fowl out pretty easily. On my Bali scooter it never fowls out.. But like on my friends scooter, a Quinqi, it fowl out spark plugs in less than a 100 miles. Attachments:

I had to ditch all my tools so I could fill the underseat area with boxes of condoms; for all the ladies I've been meeting now that my "car" is a scooter. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH just kidding ;p

I updated my tools and various items that I carry, the other day. It's basically a few different sized bungee cords, pocket knife, multi-tool, phillips, flathead(long enough to reach air/fuel mix on carb), 8,10,12mm sockets (or U.S. equiv.), various screwdriver bits, headlamp, emergency pancho, insect repellent, and a ziplock bag that contains: latex gloves, folded shop paper towels, valve cap, electrical tape, and a few mini zip-ties. All of it fits conveniently in a zippered pouch (with plenty of extra room) in the seat compartment. I couldn't find my tire gauge, but that will be in there soon. Possibly a few electrical connectors, since they're light and don't take up any room really.
Everything in the pouch:

Thanks for the heads up. Looks like I'll be going with the Pixa 3 (at several ERT / Rescue supply sites it seems to be in standard use.)
