I just did bleed the breaks. Maybe I left a little air in the front break is what you're saying? Just re-bleed it and see if it helps?
I did it about a month ago and I guess it's been getting slowly squishier since. Thanks guys!

My front break is getting a little squishy. I need to do a front break adjustment but I can't find any good videos online. Can anyone help? I have a 150cc Xingyue ITA150. I'll probably want to do a rear adjustment as well if you think it's advise.

I have a 2007 Xingyue ITA150 150cc (GY6) scooter and was looking for a slightly louder but fairly cheap after market exhaust. Any recommendations?

The cable was broken, I replaced it. When I spun the tire at 1st the tab inside the tire wasn't spinning. Then I greased it and got it spinning when I spin the tire....but for some reason It only worked for about 3 seconds and now wont work again. I greased the cable good and everything. Could it be because the new cable it a little longer than the original? I couldn't find one that was going to be an exact fit.

Hey guys! Just bought a new carb and did another valve adjusent (it was a little to high) she's running like a dream now!! ...however... Last step was replacing the speedo cable, which I did. Greased it up and everything, bit it's still not working. Is there any way to replace the piece that's in the tire? I feel like that may be the issue. I greased it as well An it does spin, bit for whayever reason I can't get it to work. Well, it worked for About 3 seconds and that was that. Ideas? Everything else is working great though , finally!!

I'll take a look, but I'm pretty sure I lost it while riding. Wow, that's really cheap for a replacement carb!!
I think I know why I lost the screw now....there's supposed to be a spring in there with it, isn't there?

It's the Idle Air Mix screw on the side of the carb. I set it a little loose because I thought it might originally be the problem and I guess it fell out at some point and explains my last breakdown.
Thanks again Steve! I'm not sure the dimensions either, but I'll try and stop over there at lunch time. So I've seen people talk about just using a screw. Is that what you're suggesting, or will they have different sorts of Idle screws?

Yeah, I still have to turn my fuel filter around lol
You sound like you're having the same exact problem as me! I have to rev it at a stop lights too but after she's fairly warm I don't have the issue any more. I though maybe bad gas at 1st, or running to lean, but maybe it's just an overall issue with this machine. Besides this issue, I have her running great! Thanks for your feedback.

I just bought my scooter and got it running after being garaged for about 4 years. It only has about 400 miles on it. I was wondering if any of you have encountered any problems with this scooter at all, and if so what kind of issues have you had? Maybe they're issues that aren't typical of other scoots?
Also, what is a sign that you're air/fuel mix is too lean? I'm currently having issues with taking off from a stop. I can start the scooter fine, it idols ok, but at slow speeds I'm having a problem getting moving. I'll give it gas and it kind of pauses and then all of a sudden VROOM, it goes. ..then once I'm moving I'm ok. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks! ;D

Make sure the coil connectors are secure and not loose. (Mine are green and black.) You can tighten them up with pliers if needed or order a new coil for about $8-10. If you order a new CDI make sure you know to get AC or DC. (I just made that mistake.) Some bikes wont spark if they're not on the center stand so make sure you either have it on the center stand or off of a stand completely when checking for spark. You might have a kill switch on the side stand. If it's not those or the CDI you can check the fuse that connects to the positive side of the battery. Most/All wont start if the fuse is bad. Then if THAT'S not it it could be your ignition switch... Good luck!
