I was sure it would take a ton of mods, but really I only had to make a dent int he side so it wouldn't be directly against the right side bearing/axle hub.

Was a nice fit.

My original didnt have any holes but it was loud and restrictive. Every part inside was loose, and the O.D. of the pipe was less than 1" which of course means the I.D was far less than 1".
New pipe is 1" I.D. No loose parts. Easier on the ears and much better looking.
I can't say anything for performance improvements or up jetting - Now the ITA is getting an EFI makeover. Slow but sure. Crap weather, then the Tracker blew the timing belt, + more bad weather means I haven't spent much time with the scooter.

it is not very loud - much quieter than the original rattle. I have not tried with the baffle out.

If I get a chance this evening, I will try to get it fired up and get better video baffle in and out.
