Just so everyone knows, we have a facebook page which shows updates like holiday closures, new parts, tips, etc. The website is open 24/7, however, our phone center and public showroom are closed for a much needed break for Xmas. The phones open back up on Monday Dec. 30th. USPS has limited service on saturdays, and sunday they are closed, and have had closures and delays themselves during the holidays. We've been adding alot of parts and are adding dozens more over the next week or two which include scooter accessories and apparel. I'll post this in our vendor column too. Are you shipping on the holidays from Dec 26 through Jan 1 I ordered a jet haven't received it yet and no email either.

Ive had good service here but they dont stamp their jets with sizes. I love dealing with Scrappy, but this is a deal breaker. I've talked with Scrappy about their unmarked jets (Imagine a box full of jets & some of them are unmarked!) So now I get the big parts from Scrappy and the jets from PJ Motorsports. |

Just got a 40 pilot from scrappys and it was marked perhaps they are just difficult to see. i bought some from another vendor and thought they were unmarked. had to take a pic then blow it up on my pc so i could identify them. |

Scrappy-- glad you guys finally stock the 22-toothed 139qmb crankshaft, and labeled it properly, too. I noticed a typo though--- you have listed an 18t (18-toothed crank) when it should be 16t. I'll happily take one for free, the 22t, for pointing that out (joking)  |
