Is that the one that pivots, or leans, the rider while the rear stays planted level to the road?

Leo, I hadn't heard about that one. Not good. Our leaders should be in better control of their tongues. 'drive, that's why you should never drink and post. It can sometimes be as dangerous to you as drinking and driving, depending on who you wrote to (girlfriend, not-girlfriend, boss....) Hide the keys to your computer and sober up first! ; >'Kat It wasn't a leader, It was a newbie who was offensive

None of them look to be removeable. The removeable ones have a button under the lock, so you can lift it off or latch it back on when you want to use it. Maybe the first one is, thats why there are no holes for bolts. It "latches in". Mine is like that, but I bolted it in anyway, because I never remove it.They are great to have. I love mine, and it's big too, Doesn't interfere at all.(just don't fill it with lead or scrap iron)LOL

[replyingto=michaeljackson]michaeljackson[/replyingto]NO! don't do that. you probably will damage the cdi, Just check the continuity with an ohmmeter or tester. do not short the wires to the coil.

I saw it! Chalk it up to newbie ignorance. I guess it's alright to be that way on other forums, but I kinda thought it was rude and trashy. Unfortunately, with a lot of the younger generation, that's pefectly normal and acceptable. NOT BY ME I'm with you all the way.Keep it clean and civil.

Anyone out there have the 20mm carb from scrappydog's? my question is: when you remove the diaphragm cover, there is the spring that sits on top of the needle. Shouldn't there be a small plastic peice(guide) that goes into the bottom of the spring? I didn't see one in mine. does the spring just sit on the needle? I seem to recall a guide in other carbs.
