[replyingto=domindart]domindart[/replyingto]It's real easy to do if you get one with a reflector on it, wallmart has the red led's in 6 diode strips. you can cut them too. I think they are like $12.00/pair. comes with its own battery pack & switch, but you just cut em off

[replyingto=millsc]millsc[/replyingto]I ran that thought through my mind several times too. When you put one of those on does it increase the noise level? What i'm after here is around 40 MPH without wot all the time, maybe 45-50 top end, decent hillclimbing and fairly quiet. Do you think thats feasable with my setup?

yeah, thats what i was thinking. I,m going to try it first. If i'm not happy with the results, than i may upjet, and drill some holes in the airbox.Thanks. I don't care for the quality of the 20mm anyway.( no guide on the diaphragm spring)

I have the blue one as well. I also have a gold one, same aluminum extrusion, only in a different color.I was under the impression they were identical too, maybe not. They are both new,so i will compare them and see if there is a difference in performance.

I had a thought last night. It's unconventional, but i'll bounce it around anyway. My original carb runs great in the stock 50 cc. Plug has a beautiful color, power is there, couldnt ask for better. I built a new motor with a 50mm BBK, a9 cam variator, sliders, clutch springs and gears. Why wont the original carb do the same fuel/air mix in the bigger cylinder? It's based on the venturi-air flowing through it vs the jet right? I have an exhaust with an expansion chamber, and I'm keeping the stock airbox, so the fuel/air ratio should stay the same, just a bigger volume right? Im just gulping more of it in the 83cc vs the 49. any thoughts? BTW, I did buy a 20mm carb, and a full jet assortment, but why mess with all that?I'm keeping the same exhaust, I don't want a loud one, unless i mess with the airbox, the ratio should stay the same Technigas sells my same exhaust for $200.00. it's a 2 stroke type, but for a 4 stroke.all opinions welcome

I really love mine, I even installed led strip lighting for running, brake and directionals.I just removed the long reflector, wired the lighting, and replaced the reflector. Looks like it came that way, and much safer too! They are great grocery transporters.
