i have 2 150s both do 65 with ease heres what i did to both. upjet to 112 mj free flow filter racing cdi (blue) red hot racing coil free flow muffler a9 racing cam big variator racing clutch kevlar belt 15 gram sliders. on one i mixed 12 and 15 gram sliders no bbk at all. one tops out out 68 and one at 75 or lil more oh just good stock carb with adjustable a/f and screws on bottom so could be rejetted

it may be a bad regulator also. i change alot of them for charging problems

i have 2 150s that run great 1 of them top out at about 68mph and the other at 75mph no bbk just upjet to 112 mj free flow air filter a9 racing cam free flow muffler over sized variator with 15 gram sliders racing clutch racing cdi (blue one) red hot coil that worked great on my bike we all know each one is diffarent though (over sized variator great upgrade)

how much compression does a stock 50cc need to start and run well i have one in shop now its showing 135psi is that enough

and what main jets u think i need to have on hand or will it be right when they send it with jet thats in carb

so the head carb set up they show at top of performance 50 page. with 50mm kit he has now ?

yea he got all that now so you think big valve head and 24mm carb . is 24mm carb a 150 carb

ok thanks i let the guy know what you said and let him make the call i just aint done any 52mm so realy didnt know if it be worth it he hit bout 50mph now on flat ground he weigh bout 200 lbs

so you think its worth going from 50mm to 52mm will i see more power. the bike now has a 50mm bbk with stock head its a big body 50cc so it slow to start with it already has everything else that can be done racin clutch. 20mm car main jet big variator free flow air filter racing cdi hot coil ect
