rollers are new as stated above. I am thinking upjet and free flow air filter i think it just needs more fuel and air. plug check looks good golden brown

i didnt go with performance filter it is stock the jet is stock also didnt look to see what size

I have a checkmate 150cc this is what I have done so far new stock carb, valves adjusted to .005. new rollers, checked belt and clutch, aired tires to 40psi new air filter new fuel filter, racing cdi the motor runs great it cranks as soon as you touch the start button but will not run over 40mph. its like the rpms just wont get to to where they need to be. any help would be great. thanks

update i changes the stator and regulator still same problem power is making it to regulator when checked with volt meter im stumped

ok I have a new 50 cc vip it will run fine for about 2 days then the battery is dead. when i put a volt meter on the batt while the motor is running and rev it up with a fresh charged batt it reads like 13.1 volts. if i take the cable off the bike it will still run and the cable reads only like 6.2 volts when not attched to batt. and rev it up. what is the problem any help would be great!!

Alley can the evap system be removed. the other 2 types i always remove. i think they run better without them

thats kinda what i thought but wanted to ask. yea i think im gonna start in the cvt and see what happens. i realy would like to see alil more take off and lil better hill climbing. i thought about the a9 cam cause it does good on the 50cc seems to make them pull harder all the way to top speed maybe a lil up jet and muffler mod. yellow center spring in clutch thats kinda my thoughts

aint opened up the cvt so not sure but it has 13 inch wheels. so the 59mm bbk and head and a 9 cam scrappy sales wont fit this motor.
