That is a PAIR system if your head does not have where it connects to right by the VALVE cover just take it all off. Plug up the VACUUM hose going to it at ITS ORIGIN. Most everyone takes all their emissions off the scoots. Some have 3 emission systems on it, PAIR like yours, EGR and EVAP systems. You can read about all the 3 emissons here: itistheride.boards.net/index.cgi?board=tt&action=display&thread=1328Alleyoop

The Vacuum line that is going to the PAIR Valve you can bend it over and zip tie or plug it up with some Black or Red ATV gasket maker or stick a Gold Tee in it and tie that up etcc, anything really but you want it plugged up.
The Vacuum line going to the PETCOCK or FUEL PUMP you NEED THAT so do not do anything with that Vacuum hose. Alleyoop

Sorry I did not understand the Vacuum hose going to the FUEL PUMP goes to the INTAKE MANIFOLD. I do not know how many Vac hoses you have on that thing or if the Vacuum hoses are connected to a "Y" or "T" but the ALL SHOULD ORIGNATE FROM THE INTAKE MANIFOLD. The motor on the DOWNSTROKE CREATES SUCTION and that is what opens the Valves they are attached to. Here is my setup on Vacuum hoses: If your are still confused take a picture of your carb area and the hoses your concerned about and I will tell you what is what. Alleyoop

Yes some Intake manifolds have two VACUUM connectors 1 on each side. So you probably have more things on there that need Vacuum. Follow the Vacuum lines on each side and tell me what they connect to. It could be you also have a EVAP system as well which if so a VACUUM line would be going to a BLACK CANISTER. Alleyoop

Yes everything can be taken off and then you will have WHAT I HAVE just nice and simple Vacuum setup.
The EVAP system take the Hose coming from your GAS TANK and put a fuel filter on the end of it and zip tie it HIGHER than the tank. Reason is so if any gas squirts out of the gas tank slooshing around as you ride up and down hills it will not come out of the vent hose.
Then again follow the VACUUM hose back to its origin and plug that line up. Alleyoop
