I have done many 47 and 50 mm bbk is there anything i would have to do differant with the 52mm bbk like extra base gaskets or anything. any help from someone who has done the 52mm bbk would be great. i know it said compression should not be over 220 after break in. can you use stock head or the 50mm big bore head with this kit. i was thinking 52mm bbk with the bb head. again any help would be great. thanks

so you think its worth going from 50mm to 52mm will i see more power. the bike now has a 50mm bbk with stock head its a big body 50cc so it slow to start with it already has everything else that can be done racin clutch. 20mm car main jet big variator free flow air filter racing cdi hot coil ect

if its an ebay kit you have now, would be a good upgrade to go to a scrappy taiwan kit, its not a huge difference in power probably be about the same speed. a 50mm kit with stock head will run about the same as 52mm kit with 50mm head and two base gaskets. The 52mm is a higher quality kit and will last longer, in my opinion the airsal 50mm kit and stock head one gasket yields the best power. Can't get them for 50 bucks anymore at spi parts, but its the way to go

better choice is to get a big valve head and if you have a hipro exhaust, uni and a9 cam already, run it with a 24mm carb and manifold no spacer.
