What I have found out about the electronic battery chargers, they do not like discharged battery's. I have to use a very old charger that is old school and it works great. New style chargers don't always work. Just my 2c. Enjoy your ride....

I installed 35 W....H4....9003....5000K....Bi-Xenon....Hi/Lo HID's with relay on my scoot 3 yrs ago and love them. Not a hard install and they work great.  I also installed LED's stop and turn on the rear. It holds 13.0 volts with everything on and running down the hiway. Enjoy your ride... |

It sounds like you have a ground issue.....check the ground on the battery.....my scoot the instrument lights come on when I turn the key..I never use the kill switch to stop the engine...I use the key...just my 2c worth....I have HID's installed and they are hot when I turn the key.  |

I go to work at 2 AM and live in the country. So I have no street lights to help with the light. It is the best part of my day when I ride at night. Enjoy your ride....  |

You must have a vaccum leak, that is why the fluid speeds up the engine...check it out...
