Um I completely removed my fan and it was only good for a few percent according to butdyna and stopwatch. I also had a huge overkill oil cooler to compensate for the loss of cooling If you want a fan that will improve performance and provide good cooling at low RPM get a 120mm 12v CPU muffin fan with at least 125 cfm This one is more than enough www.sidewindercomputers.com/de12tfexhisp.htmlYou can get the 30 watts it needs by swapping out for led lights And a $5.00 air scoop for when you get going and BLAM sickkkk custom mods 😈😈😈😈😎

New battery and new starter motor Not saying it's the solution But it's something you have not tried yet

Make sure you get a high grade bolt That particular part is not well engineered It needs a bolt that can handle shear and flex at the same time

Just the idea of an off road scooter seams silly to me All the bumps would beat the motor to death The swing arm motor trany wheel all in one unit It needs a relatively smooth road surface And the shock travel... 😒 well maybe it would be better if I was a hundred pounds lighter. But I am not. At 260 lbs plus cargo I worry about bottoming out when I cross paint lines

I have never had any body on a "real bike" so much as acknowledge my existence at a gas station or a restaurant I have even seen a few guys drop a hand with a V and then take one finger 😏 back when they realize its a scooter.
Normal people seem to be nice though some even come up and ask about scooting

You need the vacuum lines You can however simplify the vacuum lines And 1/4 inch ID should be ok for fuel line

I have no idea what a metal circle magnet is or what it has to do with a light bulb Perhaps you could explain what you mean?

Compression is tested at cranking RPM At such a low speed the carb and exhaust may as well not be there

Why so funny? cuz is a simple no brainer, really nothing else out there. we prolly go back to ww1 or ww2 to find some Push Rod Scooters. I'm sure someone will find something out there. And were could I dig up some ol Scoot engine with Babbbit bearings. that's the thing, people like me don't know that. all i've ever known was american automobile engines, and more specifically my dads 289 ford and 327 chevy engines. every book i've ever seen says car engines use babbit crank journal bearings, and push rods. it wasn't until later that i found engines with overhead cams, where the cam operated the valves directly ( no rocker arms.) what's more, the above engine had 2 cams, one for the intake valves, one for the exhaust, (it was a 4 cylinder fiat engine, apparently made in italy) but it still used babbit crank bearings. if i'm not mistaken, i believe the specs for the above engine said it could easily sustain 10,000 RPM. so naturally i'm going to assume all engines use babbit journals, until i find out differently. well, okay. how's that? I sense that the sarcasm is strong with this one. Come young one join the dark side and experience the true power of humorous cynicism😈

I have done a long haul on a 150cc from PHX to Kingman. It was not the best experience. I have also done a long haul with two up on a 250cc. That was a better trip
