Encouraging to see an endeavor that rewards initiative . . as compared to freeloader subsidies.

I hope it works too. It could put reasonably priced scooters into the public eye. People would see that reliable scooters don't need to cost an arm and a leg.

During my morning commutes I pass the buss depot, as well as several busses along the way. When doing this I can not help but thinking that riding my scooter is cheaper than riding a buss. More fun too.

I used to commute occasionally on a bicycle with a 50cc engine that would do just a little over 20mph. The little motorized bike was still faster than taking the bus. I didn't have to wait around at a bus stop either.
