I just sat on the back seat @6'3" it's more comfortable than knocking my knees on the dash.

I had a similar problem. With a B motor ugg it's no fun just a lot of head scratching futile interweb sourcing and reengineering
And at the end of it all I got a standard gy6 150
It's much better to work on

What does shimming your boss do for you?
It can give you back lost variation range do to flat spots on rollers or worn sliders and ramps
And it's a free mod
All you need is dial calipers, scissors, a file, sandpaper, and card stock

Leather is leather just use an all weather leather conditioner
I recommend mink oil

If you only have one shock you need the cover it's structural
A two shock scooter should drop it though as you have no torque on the case and your belt and clutch will last longer

35000 miles on my odometer when it stopped working a year ago I'd say about 25000 miles a year

Hello everyone.
I am a long time scooter rider and a pretty good shade tree mechanic
This looks like a relatively healthy forum with good folk
So I thought that I would try and have some conversation
Scooting is my soul form of motorised transportation
And I love going on long rides
My longest so far is from Phoenix to Kingman and back
That trip was the blaze of glory for my first scooters gy6 150 motor
