What are you grounding the CDI to. The frame or the motor?

If your kick start lever won't budge I am gonna take a guess that it is somehow not in place and is rubbing against the belt when the belt rises on the variator.
The fix is to take the CVT cover off and see if there are any rub marks on the inner kickstart parts. You may fint that the hole in the CVT cover that the final drive kicktart gear goes into has cracked. Thats what happened to mine after installing a BBK. The higher compression does a number on kickstarters.

Around what size is a stock 150cc motor jetted at? I have not changed my jet yet and have: A free flow air intake, an FMF exhaust (which has basically no restriction), a high angle cam (in-26.60mm ex-26.53mm), and a Progress Racing CDI (Not that that makes any difference with what I should jet at) With those mods I assume I only need to upjet a couple sizes but I just wanted to know what size I am starting with. I'm guessing its somewhere in high 's lol 100's but not sure.

You need a lower size jet. I'm surprised yours did this with an # jet. Mine was at a #105 jet when it started to do this badly. Once I went back down to a #98 it stopped. The #102 would do it when the engine was cold but not when it was hot.

The Trigger (blue/white) should output at least 0.05vAC The Stator (red/black) should output between 20vAC-100vAC
So it sounds like your stator it putting out a good signal and power.
The output from the CDI should be 18vAC or more
Only other thing I can think of off the top of my head is that your engine is not properly grounded.
Your coil might be bad. Even new chinese parts aren't known for their quality.
The coil should measure 0.1ohm-1.0ohm across the two terminals

Check the CDI ground wire. It should be green. Put an extra ground wire to the motor. If it still does not run remove the black/white wire. If it runs now you have a bad kill switch or ignition switch. If it still does not run your cdi or coil is bad.
The other thing it could be is a bad stator. You said you have voltage from the stator but do you have a signal pulse from it. You need to have both for it to work. Check the yellow and black wire that goes from the cdi to the coil for voltage. If you have voltage there then the coil is bad. If you have no voltage there then check the stators ignition pulse (blue/white) wire. If you have no voltage to this wire then the stator needs to be replaced. If you have voltage on the ignition pulse wire (blue/white) and the AC Ignition Power wire (Black/Red) but not on the (black/yellow) wire to the coil then the cdi is bad.

They wouldn't put 10 grams in a stock scoot. It would make the gear ratio too high too fast and the engine would bog too badly to get any speed. I agree with everyone else that they prbly are 6.5.

I wouldn't use brake cleaner. Thats probably more likely to dissolve your grips than carb cleaner. I'd go with Dave's advice on the Simple Green. If nothing else works Simple green will.

All you get is a bunch of different crap on Google and the only cheap one is an analog for $20 and then the cheapest digital ones are 60 and up. I was just hoping somebody on here had gotten a cheap one before and could let me know where they got it.
