I dont use anything but the valve cover gasket no sealer

I just wipe the oil the parts and seal and re-use it if it's not damaged. ( It needs to be soft and flexible, and not be squashed flat...)

I re use the old gasket w/ out any sealer. W/ a new gasket rub oil on it to help it seal but still no sealer is needed
